Booking Privacy & Terms
Plain terms for scheduling with Cubelocity.
This page explains how Cubelocity uses information submitted through the booking app and the basic visit data needed to operate it.
Information We Collect
When you book or manage a meeting, we collect the details you enter, such as name, work email, company, notes, selected topic, selected time, timezone, and booking lifecycle activity.
We collect basic operational visit data, such as source or campaign parameters, referrer origin/path, page view time, selected topic, selected date or slot, form progress, booking status, browser/device context, and an IP-derived abuse-prevention hash.
How We Use It
We use this information to schedule meetings, prevent abuse, manage reschedules and cancellations, understand which booking links are useful, and improve the booking experience.
We do not sell booking information. We do not use booking-page visit data to track people across unrelated websites.
Calendar And Email
If Microsoft 365 calendar sync is connected, Cubelocity may check free/busy availability and create, update, or cancel calendar events needed for the meeting. Calendar tokens and secrets stay on the server and are not exposed to the public booking page.
Booking emails may include confirmation details, calendar files, reschedule links, cancel links, and follow-up links related to the meeting.
Terms Of Use
The booking app is provided to schedule legitimate conversations with Cubelocity. Do not submit false information, attempt to access another person's booking, interfere with the service, or use booking links to send unwanted messages.
A booking is not guaranteed until it is confirmed by the app or by Cubelocity. If calendar sync is temporarily unavailable, a selected time may be marked pending until it can be checked against live calendar availability.
